All new staff receive structured support and guidance through their initial period with a comprehensive induction and training programme in place.

Following their initial training, a continuous programme of ongoing training is provided as part of each staff member’s Personal Development Plan.

Our generous Study Support policy encourages staff to study for relevant qualifications; a large number of our staff are studying for/or have obtained QPA/PMI or other relevant qualifications. Professional training support takes a number of forms, including:

  • Mentoring
  • Financial support to meet the costs of study
  • Time off for study, revision courses and examinations
